Welcome to the start of your hill and mountain adventure.
Founded in Sheffield, City of Seven Hills and natural gateway to the Peak District National Park, Seven Hills Outdoors was established by Dan, a qualified Mountain Leader with a deep passion for the UK’s wild places. We exist to make Britain’s most inspiring National Parks accessible, enjoyable and transformative for adventurers of all levels.
Safety First – Professional, Qualified & Fully Supported
Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Every guided hike, mountain skills course, sunrise summit experience, navigation workshop, charity event and corporate team building day is led by qualified freelance Mountain Leaders (or Hill and Moorland Leaders) who are:
• Outdoor First Aid trained (including incident management)
• Fully insured with professional liability cover
• Experienced in dynamic risk assessment, group management, and contingency planning
We maintain small group ratios for personalised attention and safety, carry comprehensive group safety equipment and first aid kits and conduct thorough pre- and on-the-day risk assessments with flexible route options. All of this ensures you can focus on the adventure knowing you’re in safe, expert hands.
